Publication on the Prospect School District website serves as official documentation that information has been formally communicated to students and parents. Prospect Charter School students are issued a handbook at the beginning of the school year. Additionally the handbook is made available here on the website so that it can be viewed by parents at home.


Prospect School District is dedicated to high academic standards and helping all students to have individual success academically, helping students to have a strong sense of self-worth and providing many chances for and assistance in academic growth. Students are encouraged to explore diverse opportunities in education at the Prospect Schools and in further education through looking at and teaching life skills necessary for all students to be strong and involved future citizens. The school serves the famiies of students and works with the community to use the natural resources available to help our students be actively involved in their own education, driving and assisting all students towards their own personal career goals.

We offer:

Open enrollment - no inter-district transfer needed.

Low student to teacher ratio.

Full day kindergarten 15-1 ratio.

Primary grades 18-1 ratio.

Intermediate grades 25-1

Every 5th - 12th grader can participate in band, chorus, athletics, leadership & variety of other clubs.

1 A football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, cheerleading & track. No pay to play.

RCC partnership - 2+2- online classes.
